    Terms and Conditions
    influu Limited (hereafter referred to as the “company”, “influu Limited”, “we”, “us”, and “our”) provides services via http://course.hfsxw.cn/. We encourage prospective clients to read influu Limited's terms and conditions, prior to any purchases.
    Definitions
    • The “Company”, “influu Limited”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” - this refers to influu Limited with a registered office at UNIT 1406A 14/F THE BELGIANBANK BLDG NOS 721-725 NATHANRD,HONG KONG
    • “Client”, “Your”, “You” - this refers to the individual purchasing from influu Limited that intends to attend a training event or course.
    • “Booker” - this refers to the person making the booking with influu Limited, on behalf of a client attending the course.
    • “The Website” - this refers to http://course.hfsxw.cn/.
    • “Terms and Conditions” - this refers to the terms of usage and conditions under which all purchases are pursued and the website is utilised.
    • “Booking Form” - this is an agreement between influu Limited and its clients, with regard to prospective delivery of services.
    • “Joining Instructions” - this refers to a set of instructions (including links to Google live streams or Discord communities) that are given to clients upon receipt of payment.
    • “Knowledge Pass” - this refers to a subscription or bundled agreement between influu Limited and the client.
    • “FlexiPass” - this refers to a specific bundled purchase of courses.
    • “Working Days” - this refers to days between Monday and Friday, excluding Public Holidays.

    1. Prices:

    All pricing quotations are only valid for 7 days from the date that they are first sent to the client. All prices are subject to change due to the dynamic nature of our business.
    VAT: For B2C customers in the EU and UK, the published prices include VAT (Value Added Tax) where applicable.
    Discounts: Discounts, promotional codes, or bundle offers cannot be used in conjunction with each other (non-stackable). If a purchase qualifies for multiple discounts, the system will apply the single discount that results in the lowest final price to be paid by the Customer.
    If a third party vendor (e.g., TikTok/Google) alters their service cost, influu Limited reserves the right to adjust the relevant training course prices to reflect such alterations.
    Training event prices listed on correspondence are advisory at the time of public dissemination and do not constitute as part of a legal agreement.

    1. Payments:

    Payment Methods: We support both Full Payment and Installment Payment options. We use Airwallex as our secure payment processor.
    A. Full Payment:
    The course fee(s), including VAT, are payable in full immediately upon booking unless an installment plan is selected.
    B. Installment Payment:
    Where an installment plan is available and selected by you:
    • You agree to pay the course fee in the specific number of installments listed at checkout.
    • You authorize us to automatically charge your payment method for each scheduled installment.
    • Default: If an installment payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. If payment remains outstanding, your access to the Service (including Live streams and Community) will be suspended immediately.
    • Liability: Choosing to pay by installments is a binding agreement to pay the full price of the course (unless cancelled under the withdrawal rights in Clause 3). Failure to complete payments may result in permanent account termination without refund of prior installments.
    Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal: If you purchase a subscription:
    • Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.
    • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time via your account. Access continues until the end of the current cycle.
    • Accidental Renewal: If you forget to cancel and are charged, we will refund this "accidental" renewal fee provided you contact us within 3 days of the deduction and have not used the service.

    1. Cancellations:

    Cancellations made by influu Limited
    influu Limited reserves the right to cancel, move, and reschedule a training event or course due to circumstances that are beyond our control (e.g., technical failure of Google/Discord). If a training event is cancelled, we will offer a replacement session or a full refund for that specific session.
    Client Cancellations (Right of Withdrawal)
    • Strict No-Refund Policy: Under EU/UK consumer laws, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. HOWEVER, by purchasing our digital Service and accessing the content (e.g., clicking a live stream link, joining the Discord community, or viewing paid articles), you expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
    • Once access is granted, the course fee (including any paid installments) is non-refundable.

    1. Re-scheduling courses or exams:

    For live streaming courses, re-scheduling by the client is generally not permitted due to the live nature of the content.
    If a client misses a live session ("Non-Attendance"), no refund or free rescheduling will be provided. Access to recordings is not guaranteed unless specified.

    1. Refunds:

    When a refund is issued (e.g., for accidental subscription renewal or technical fault), the refund may take up to a maximum of 20 working days to be processed. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method that the original payment was made.
    influu Limited will not be liable for any fluctuation in exchange rates or bank charges for overseas refund transactions.

    1. Changes to Courses:

    influu Limited reserves the right to change any part of a published course if this is caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., platform bans on TikTok). influu Limited reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course and will advise the Client as soon as the change is known.
    Contents of course timetables are intended for general guidance only.
    The course information, including the live stream links (Google Meet/YouTube) and community links (Discord), will be advised upon the receipt of payment, in the form of joining instructions.

    1. Course Materials:

    Course materials are fully digital. If for any reason courseware (links/files) does not arrive on time, we will commit to replacing it at the earliest opportunity. Refunds will not be granted for internet-related delays beyond the control of influu Limited.

    1. Non-Attendance:

    Non-attendance of any course (including live virtual sessions), for any reason whatsoever is deemed to be a cancellation without notice and payment is due in full. We do not provide refunds for missed live sessions.

    1. Course Suitability:

    The booker accepts that it is their responsibility that the course booked is suitable for the requirements and abilities of the clients attending. All courses are delivered only in English (or the language specified) and all Clients must be sufficiently proficient in the language prior to attending.

    1. Admission:

    influu Limited reserves the right to refuse admission to any person whom it considers in its absolute discretion to be unsuitable for the training programme.
    Community Conduct: You agree to behave respectfully in our communities (Discord/TikTok). If you post advertisements, hate speech, or illegal content, we reserve the right to remove you immediately without refund.

    1. Booking on behalf of the Client:

    In all cases the booker must bring these terms and conditions to the attention of Clients attending the event, if booking on their behalf.

    1. Onsite Training on a Client Specified Site:

    This clause applies only if specific onsite training is agreed. It is the Client’s responsibility to provide all facilities, equipment, and setup required. influu Limited reserves the right to cancel if the venue is unsuitable.

    1. Onsite and Trainer Expenses:

    This clause applies only if specific onsite training is agreed. Trainer expenses for private, onsite, or closed courses will be charged as agreed at the time of the course booking.

    1. E-Learning, Online Learning:

    Course enrolment and log-in credentials are strictly non-transferable.
    Account Sharing: We monitor IP addresses. If we detect suspicious concurrent logins (account sharing), we will issue a warning. Repeated violations will result in account termination without refund.
    Platform Dependence: Our courses rely on third-party platforms (Google, Discord, TikTok). If your account is banned by these platforms due to your own violation of their rules, influu Limited is not responsible and will not issue a refund.
    Access to e-learning/online products is granted for the specific subscription period or course duration purchased.

    1. Copyrights:

    All intellectual property rights for all course materials shall remain the property of influu Limited. The Client agrees not to reproduce, disseminate, sell, hire, lend, or copy the course materials.
    No Recording: You are strictly prohibited from recording, screen-capturing, or downloading live stream content. Violation will result in immediate termination without refund.

    1. Intellectual Property:

    influu Limited is a registered trademark.
    The website, including content, design, organisation, layout, and software code are subject to copyright and intellectual property rights that are owned by influu Limited.
    The re-use of illustrations, photographs, diagrams, or videos featured on influu Limited’s website, without attribution, is prohibited under all circumstances.

    1. Warranty & Liability:

    influu Limited’s liability for loss and damage shall be limited to a claim for damages. The maximum aggregate liability will be the charges for the course out of which the loss or damage has arisen.
    influu Limited will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential loss (including loss of anticipated profit or data), howsoever arising.

    1. Personal Belongings:

    Personal belongings (including data on your devices) are the sole responsibility of the Client. influu Limited accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur during the course.

    1. Non-Solicitation:

    The Client will not directly nor indirectly employ or solicit for employment any employee of influu Limited for 12 months following the course.

    1. Assignments:

    influu Limited may assign its interests in all or part of this agreement. The Client may not assign or transfer this contract without the express written permission of a Director of influu Limited.

    1. Deviation (Governing Law and Jurisdiction):

    No deviation from these terms and conditions will be allowed without the express written permission of a Director of influu Limited.
    Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country in which the Client (Consumer) has their habitual residence.
    Jurisdiction: You and we both agree that the courts of the country in which you reside (e.g., the United Kingdom or an EU Member State) shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement. This means that you may bring a claim to enforce your consumer protection rights in the country in which you live.

    1. Force Majeure:

    influu Limited shall not be in breach of this contract if the provision of services are delayed or cancelled through any circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including internet outages, acts of God, or platform failures (e.g., Google/Discord outages).

    1. Privacy Policy:

    influu Limited is committed to maintaining your privacy. Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the GDPR (EU/UK). Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy document for full details on data collection, US server storage, and your rights.

    1. Recording of influu Limited’s Employees or associates:

    The monitoring or recording of any influu Limited employee/instructor during live streams is not permitted under any circumstances.
    Clients are not permitted to take any video/photography/audio during the course (e.g., screen recording) without prior written consent. Failure to do so will be considered a direct breach of our terms of business.

    1. Security and Encryption:

    We use the highest level of security and encryption methods available for processing payments online (via Airwallex). We also strictly adhere to best practices of data protection.

    1. Confidentiality:

    All Client and Company information that is disclosed to influu Limited will be kept confidential. Such information will not be disclosed to third parties unless reasonably required for the performance of our service delivery (e.g., sharing ID with Discord for community access).

    1. Exam Pass Guarantee:

    This clause is currently not applicable as we do not offer external examinations. If applicable in future, specific terms will be displayed on the course page.

    1. Credit:

    Credit, where mutually agreed with influu Limited to be left on a customer account, is non-refundable and must be redeemed within 6 months of the agreement date.

    1. Exams:

    This clause is currently not applicable. If we offer exams in the future, bookings must be made in advance.

    1. FlexiPass Package (Subscription Bundles):

    "FlexiPass" or "Knowledge Pass" in our context refers to bundled course packages or subscriptions.
    Once access is granted to a bundle, no refunds, cancellations, or transfers will be permitted.
    Failure to attend the scheduled live training does not entitle the participant to a refund.
    FlexiPass/Bundles are nontransferable, non-refundable, and non-cancellable under any circumstances once accessed, regardless of whether the Full Payment or Installment Payment option was chosen.
