    • "Terms and Conditions" - this refers to the terms of usage and conditions under which all purchases are pursued and the website is utilised.
    • "Services" – the act of supplying online live training, community access, and content that meets the customer's requirements.
    • "GDPR" means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.
    What data we collect?
    We collect the following information from you through the use of enquiry and contact forms on the Website, and within Emails or communications too:

We collect this to facilitate your access to our course communities and to verify your identity across our platforms. Note: We do not collect sensitive identity documents (such as passports or driving licenses).
    • Billing Data: We collect necessary billing information to process your payment if you make a purchase. We do not store or retain any payment details (such as full credit card numbers) once the purchase is complete.
    • Communications: We store personal information from you when you communicate with us regarding the provision of services, including by email.
    • Technical Data: When you visit our site we may automatically log your IP address, a unique identifier for your computer or other access device, and your device type. Our Company's interest is to provide learning opportunities to our customers.     Information We Share
    We do not sell or otherwise disclose personal data that you provide to us or that we collect, except as described within this statement.
    • Payment Processors: We use Airwallex to safely process your payments. We share transaction details (amount, currency) with them. We do not store your card details.
    • Cloud Hosting: Our website and user database are hosted on Alibaba Cloud International.
    • Service Delivery: We use Google services (e.g., Google Meet/YouTube) for live streaming. Your username may be visible to the instructor during sessions.
    • No Logistics Sharing: We do not pass on your address to logistics companies as our courses are fully digital.
    In addition, we may disclose personal data about you if we are required or permitted to do so by law or legal process, for example, due to a court order or request from a law enforcement agency when we believe the disclosure is necessary.
    Storing, Managing, and Transferring data
    The personal information that we collect is stored centrally on secure servers within the Santa Clara, California, USA
    International Transfers:
    Our Company is based in Hong Kong and our servers are hosted in the United States. Therefore, your personal data will be transferred to, and processed in, countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA) and the UK.
    • Safeguards for US Transfers (Data Privacy Framework): Some of our external third parties (e.g., our website hosting provider and cloud services) are based in the United States. Where we use providers based in the US, we transfer data to them on the basis that they are part of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF). This Framework requires them to provide similar protection to personal data shared between Europe and the US, which is recognized as providing an adequate level of protection by the European Commission.
